”Land and flavours” is an international exhibition of real estate and gastronomy which was for the 1.st time held from 25th to 27th May 2007 in Zminj, Croatia.
During three exhibition days, 50 exhibitors were presented to about 5.000 visitors.
Visitors had opportunity to attend numerous workshops guided by a group of experts from the architecture, interiors, electronics and gastronomy.
At the gastronomy part only local food and drink were served, and a famous Istrian cook Pino Kuhar was showing the secrets of preparing traditional food.
Tourist Office of Community Zminj organized guided tours to local tourist points.
